While some lucky women don’t struggle with hormonal issues, for others life can be a hormonal roller coaster. You interviewed more than women for this book. Many in heterosexual, long-term relationships told you that sex was an act of drudgery and that they often did whatever it.

The hormonal changes of menopause might make you more likely to gain weight around your abdomen than around your hips and thighs. But, hormonal changes alone don't necessarily cause menopause weight gain.
